That one does look good.

Any Ideas on how to make a not so sweet Carolina Style BBQ sauce. I'm thinking Ketchup, Vinegar, Secret Ingredient,...

Other Ingredients?

The jelly sounds really good in your sauce. I sometimes will take a Tablespoon of hot sauce and and a couple Tablespoons of jelly or marmelade to make a nice sweet and spicy baste for chicken. This same combination is really good over diced fruit for a simple fruit salsa for chicken or pork.
