Perhaps you could put a little into ice cube trays? Such small quantities may not split.
Perhaps you can rescue a split cream sauce with a light sprinkling of plain flower and pulse, gingerly, in a food processor. It might work. Once when I was making a cream brulee and it split, I sievved a little flour into the mixture and with a wire whisk, restored the cream to its normal consistency.
You can forget what a person looks like, and you can forget what they say. But you will never forget how they made you feel.
