ISO gravy recipes

I am going to be making a turkey breast for Christmas and so I need to find a good gravy recipe that does not need the pan drippings. Does anyone have one?

Hi, crankin. Try this: How to make turkey gravy

For Thanksgiving, I made a half gallon of stock in advance by roasting a pound or so of turkey wings and then simmering them in water with onions, carrots, celery, a bay leaf, some thyme, and peppercorns. Good stuff
