Does anyone have a recipe for the pinkish-cream colored shrimp sauce that is served in some Japanese resturants? My kids love it & I would like to make some for them.

Maidrite, I'm doing pretty good today, thanks! How are you?We go to Calabash every summer while on vacation in Myrtle Beach & eat at the Seafood Shack! I love that place!! We also have to make a visit to Callahan's while we're there. The recipe I found was the one I was looking for, I mixed up some to have on my fried rice for lunch.
