ISO Subway Sauces Recipes
Hey anybody Know how to make the Sauces from Subways?

Sweet Onion
Mexican Southwest
Honey Mustard
Asiago Cesar Sauce

I tried, but they never reached the Subway Sauces

I posted a clone recipe for the sweet onion sauce awhile ago. I've made it and tastes nearly identical!

Good Honey mustard:
2 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp. course-grained mustard (creole)
1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
8 oz. carton plain yogurt
Then just wisk.


Chipotle southwest sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce chipotle chiles in adobo, pureed
1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
salt, to taste

I heard it was Blue Dragon Hot Chili Stir Fry Sauce. Never found a copycat.
