Kick up your Mayo

Want to make your store bought more tasty? Try these ideas...Mix two tea. Tab. with 1/3 cup of mayo serve it with seafood,
Habanero hot sauce add 1 tea green habanero with 1/3 cup m yo and use with crudités.fried fish or cracked crab. Try wasabi stir 1 Tab.wasabi powder and 2 tea. water let this paste sit 20 min then mix into 1/3 cup of mayo this is wonderful with oil packed tuna or seafood. Mix 1 Tab of dried tomatoes with 1/3 cup of mayo Serve with chicken sammies, or with portabello ones and eggplant as well. It's also good with burgers and potato salad.

Yummy. I've mixed it with lemon juice and zest to use a a dip for grilled shrimp and seared scallops.
