There is a place i've gone to a few times and i've recently had their Pan seared duck dish and it became an instant favorite of mine. I've tried to re-create it at home but am having some issues.... here is the description of this dish from their menu:

I've got the duck breast, rice, and veggies down, but the glaze is eluding me. Its a semi clear sweet glaze with a great tea twist in it. im not even sure where to begin to recreate this sauce. if anyone has any ideas or a recipe they think might be similar id love to try it out.
