Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce
Yesterday the kids, my mom, & I went to Firehouse Subs for lunch. Well, they have a display of hot sauces on their counter & every time we go TC has to try a diffrent one. Yesterday he wanted to try the hottest one they had. It's 357,000 Scoville units!! I decided to try it with him & thought I was going to DIE!!
 He did much better than I did. LOL! Any way, I didn't like it because it was instantly hot with no real flavor. TC liked it because my face turned red & my eyes started watering.

If it's to hot and burns your mouth then I don't think it's a good sauce. I like hot sauce but I also like to taste a good flavor. I'm out for enjoyment , not torture.

That's me thumper. I want to be able to taste the peppers in a hot sauce.
