Your sauce recipe looks somewhat like a zippy tartar sauce. If tomatoes were in season around here I'd try it as an alternative to my mayo and horseradish on a burger with tomato and some sliced onion on a toasted bun.

All excellent and creative ideas.

The obvious one is it would make a tasty green salad dressing.
