Orange Mayo

This is good on poached salmon or even over poached eggs.
Stir together 1/2 cup each mayo and plain yogurt,2 Tab. OJ,2 tab. OJ zest,
2-3 tea. shopped chives, salt and pepper to taste, Place in refrigerator til ready to use or serve.If you like making your own mayo I think this would be grand.Try it with shrimp on a bed of tender young lettuce
