the great fly-over
this is the 4th revision on the 8th recipe i've tried for this stuff--i'm not a big fan of peanut butter so i've reduced it by a lot, but you could certainly double or triple the amount of PB.
any type of meat (preferable grilled) :D is great dipped in this stuff--really good with beef & chicken sates:

Peanut Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp tomato paste
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 cloves garlic
1-2 jalepenos, stems removed
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cilantro
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper

-- Combine jalapeno(s), garlic, cilantro, chicken broth, and milk in a blender. Puree until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, stirring frequently. When sauce has thickened, remove from heat but keep warm. Serve.

Thanks for the recipe carnivore. I never thought I liked peanut dipping sauce until I tried it recently - it was a very thin consistency and was very good. Can't wait to try yours.
