Sage-Vermouth sauce YUM!
O.k, this is a fairly simple recipe for a tasty sauce, I usually put this on some chicken.
3/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup vermouth
1/2 teaspoon sage leaves, or dried sage, dosen't really matter
3 tablespons unsalted butter (cut into 3 pieces)
2 green onions, cut up
Cook green onions over medium heat for about 1 and a half minutes. Then add chicken broth, vermouth and sage, increase heat to high. Let cook for 5 minutes so about 3/4 cup of liquid is left. Turn heat to medium and whisk in each butter piece seperately.
