Simple Adobo Sauce, for canning: Recipe needed

I have a mountain of habanero peppers, so I think I'd like to smoke them and can them in adobo sauce. Anyone have a good, simple adobo sauce that will be suitable for canning?

Sorry, have never made Adobo sauce for peppers, but I am sure there are recipes out there for such.

I found this one that sounds right for ingredients, swap out your smoked habaneros for the chipotles.
