My family really likes this sauce. You can add your favorite spices to this and make it your own.
Enjoy! Debbie

In a pressure cooker brown ground beef and sausage with the garlic and onions.
Drain off any fat.
Add sugar, oregano, crushed red pepper, bay leaves, green bell peppers, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt and pepper to taste.
Close lid and place pressure regulator on.
Slowly bring pressure cooker up to pressure.
Reduce heat just enough to maintain pressure and pressure regulator rocks gently; cook for 10 minutes.
Quick-release the pressure.
Remove bay leaves.
Serve over spaghetti.

Pressure Cooker

I do not own one. I did when I was first married. AND I attempted to
make lentil soup in a pressure cooker... a new wedding gift.

WOW...explosion. Lentils were all over the kitchen....and on the ceiling.

Got rid of the pressure cooker....never to use again.

Tomato sauce is so easy to make. And my recipe is very much like yours.
AND with the canned sauces made today....it cooks in one pan in "no time"....depending on quantity. NO MORE than l hour for me.

NO MORE than l hour for me.

Actually, better grade tomatoes like San Marzanos should be cooked no longer than 20 minutes.

The pressure cooker sauce looks pretty good. I don't have a PC yet, but I'm seeing more and more uses for them.

Todays pressure cookers are safer than the old ones. You won't get the explosions.
