I do want to try this, but I have enough experiments going on this weekend. I just got my chicken broth finish for the brown rice risotto, need to let the fat rise and remove it.

What recipe are you going to use for the brown rice risotto? I bought my short grained brown rice today.

I'm thinking of loosely following this recipe...depends on what veg I can get tomorrow. I'm going to try with the long grain brown rice I have on hand and using chicken broth.

I also have some long grain white rice...I want to make a matching batch while I am at it and find what types of adaptations we have to make for other rice.
