Storing Bechamel sauce

Hello,

I just made about twice as much bechamel sauce as needed for a recipe. Can I save the remainder, or should I just toss it?

Put some plastic wrap in contact with the top surface so a skin doesn't form and refrigerate. I would use within a few days--cheese sauce or something.
