tomato yogurt sauce

this sauce really tastes good and can be eaten with any meat dish.

just take one cup of yogurt and cream it with a little water ,so that its not too thick. Now boil one large ripe nice tomato ,peel and mash and add to the yogurt.Add one tsp of tahini paste, half a tsp of onion powder, one minced garlic clove, salt, freshly ground black pepper, finely chopped parsley and chives to the mixture. The sauce is ready!

NOTE: you can blend the yogurt and tomato in the food processor,so that they are well blended, and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Don't let love interfere with your appetite. It never does with mine.
