We are doing so many unhealthy things from our childhood, we used to lick paints, scented adhesives, we use aluminum pots for cooking because we generally need lots of oils and spices and deep frying so aluminum is best for the purpose. I eat butter rice in breakfast, I eat lots of sweets everyday. Of course I am obese but I do lots of works everyday. We don't even have washing machines or dishwasher because I prefer to wash the clothes by hand and then dry them in sun. Dishwashers are not suitable for everyday Indian cooking. In our country male members generally don't help in household works, they even ask for a glass of water. I practically don't get time to sit for half an hour. I don't have any health complains.

Doctors told me to reduce my weight otherwise I will have complications to conceive and in the time of delivery. But thank God I Didn't have any complications. Everyone tell me how fat you are but I don't care. I am not going to be a model so I am happy with me.

I think remaining healthy is more depends on our mentality. Remaining happy is the most important thing.

Absolutely, Radhuni! You said it the best! As long as you are healthy and feel well where you are and you are happy, it's nobody's business.
