Brandied Marinade

Brandied Marinade
Yield: 1 Serving


1/2 C Brandy
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Molasses
1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger Root;
1/2 C Dry White Wine


Mix together.
