Anything you like on ribs is also good on pork steaks. I use a Chinese style BBQ sauce made with catsup, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and a little hot sauce.

I have posted my rib rub and sauce on here several times, but I can't find anything with this search engine.

Any idea how long ago you posted it? I just found this with a quick search:
"
That sure looks good, Bob. I've got a great rub and BBQ sauce for pork that I think you'd love. Everyone else does. If you want it, send me a PM, and I'll share it with you."

Too many posts to go through with the words rub, sauce or ribs in them
