Old Bay Seasoning Mix
I LOVE old bay seasoning but I could never figure out what exactly is in it. Here's my best attempt.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ground bay leaves

2 1/2 teaspoons celery salt

1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container. Wonderful on fries.

Thanks for the recipe! I use Old Bay whenever I'm doing seafood. If you have any other combination spice recipes, I'm going to do a post on this. I'm trying to make spice combinations from individual spices so that I have a higher turnover of individual spices and keep them fresher.
