We found some great seasonings at the Waterfowl Festival here in Oregon a couple months ago. The company is Champion's Choice and can be purchased through Buck Gardner Calls, Inc. in Tennessee (Phone #901-946-2996). They have Jamaican Jerk, Smokey Mountain and, our favorite, Garlic Parmesan. We sampled quite a few items at the festival that she had cooked up and it was all very good. Couldn't even tell that the meat was duck...and that's a good thing!

Thanks for the source Ihanson, I'm a big rub fan, sometimes it's nice to get away from marinades for a while. I must say though I adore the natural taste of duck!
