Nah, I'm drinking tea with lemon and honey and rum. It's medicinal HIC, for the sore throat.

Maybe I will see bacon jam. I bought Frank a bacon of the month club subscription for one of his Christmas presents.

I brought one of our teeny jars of bacon jam to Mexico. We had Christmas dinner with friends, and they couldn't get enough, with mustard, crackers, and cheese.

Just crackers with cheese, bacon jam and mustard? I gotta admit, when I first heard of bacon jam, the thought was "How gross". But after hearing yours and others responses after trying it, it makes me want to give it a try. I'll have to watch for it at my local market. See if it ever makes it there.

I found a jar of this before XMas at the local ValuMart--a store that often does not have celery and other such things.
