There are a lot of chances Shrek and I no longer take with food safety...however, homemade mayo is not one of the banned. I won't serve it to my Mother, though...diabetes and Cancer...and full chemo, nope, I won't play with that one.

I make my own mayo its about the only thing I don't use olive oil for.
We had the big scare over here about raw eggs about 20 yrs ago. A lot of people are still cautious.
I buy my eggs from our local chicken farm, they are barn raised, as I have said before after watching my Mums chickens eating a dead rat and other carrion I am a bit phobic over free range.

I was married by a judge, I should have asked for a jury.
