Horseradish Recipes

I was doing some searching this morning re: Sloppy Reuben thread and found this website...interesting ideas for those that like horseradish.

When I think of horseradish, all I can think about is smoked prime rib or sushi.

Sounds good.

Here's something fast for unexpected company.

Microwave a block of Philadelphia cream cheese for about 40 seconds to soften it up then load the top with as much horseradish as it'll hold.

Serve with crackers to dip in with.
