I just bought a delicious blueberry mustard that I sampled, but now I just don't know what to do with it! I can, of course, use it for dipping, but does anybody know of an actual vegan/vegetarian recipe I can use it in? Thank you!
Well I can't think of a way to actually cook with it, but I'm sure you could make a lovely vinaigrette with it. Maybe use white wine/champagne vinegar, e.v olive oil, a dollop of the mustard, and salt and pepper. Toss it with romaine and something bitter, maybe arugula or endive? Mix in some pomegranate seeds and you've got yourself a salad
My first thought was salad dressing too. I would also try it on a ham or turkey sandwich or dip some pretzle sticks into it. it would prbably pair well with some lighter cheeses too. (brie, havarti, meunster)
