Does it contain sulfites? It is so hard to find a brand w/o sulfites.
Hi, Green Lady. The label doesn't mention sulfites - in fact, since they bottle it in the store, the label only says the name of the vinegar and the name of the store.

Go to a cheese shop and tell the guy behind the counter what you have. Ask him to suggest a cheese that will burst when you drizzle a bit of that balsamic on it.

Then, take the cheese home, get a loaf of bread, open a bottle of wine...and call me when you are all set .

Try macerating some straberries in it with some grand marnier and a little sugar, then strain, and reduce that liquid to a syrup, and use everything for some killer strawberry shortcake
