Manuals for the Aroma roasters can be found on Aroma's website - They are in PDF format. If you don't have the Adobe PDF reader - click on their Customer Service link and follow the instructions to download it (it's free).

For the roaster manuals, go to the Aroma Product Manuals page and scroll down to the Roasters section - then click on your model number.

I would strongly suggest you save this PDF file to your hard drive for future reference.
