Bread maker difficulty
I have used a Prima Home Bakery for many years without any problems. Perfect loaves each time. However, the non-stick pan finally lost it's coating and I was unable to get a replacement pan, so have free-cycled this.
I have since bought a Morphy Richards Daily bread machine and have not been able to produce a good loaf yet. It comes out misshapen and nobbly as though it hasn't risen evenly and smoothly. I have checked the measurements and quality of ingredients and these are as they should be.
Can anyone tell me why the bread is not smooth and well rounded? :(
