I just bought a Wolfgang Puck convection oven and the manual does not have a recipe or cooking instructions on how long to cook a 12 lb. Turkey e

Cook it until the internal temperature of the Breast reaches
165°. I would guess about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your
12 lb. Turkey.....depending on the cooking temperature you use.
Personally I would cook it at 325°.
