I own the Favor Wave Countertop Convection Oven, and it does cook relatively fast using superheated air from a powerful halogen glass-enclosed coiled heating element that lights up.

A powerful cyclonic fan circulates and swirls the hot air all around the food for really fast cooking and baking! It makes a mean roast chicken among other things!

We are re-doing our kitchen with all new cabinets. As soon as the one goes up over the stove, I purchased an over the range convection oven from GE to go there. I'll let you know how it is.

Counter top ConV Oven

I only see a few counter top CV ovens mentioned. Are there others that people use and like?
