Does anyone use a Tefal actifry?

I was reading about this machine and I wondered if any of you have any practical experience with it?

I'd never heard of one Bea, so I googled it.
Sounds interesting and healthy but way over priced to my way of thinking. Many reviews on this site. Are you considering getting one?

Shop T-Fal Actifry at CHEFS.

Thanks to the link for an interesting appliance, Kayelle.
Sounds too good to be true. Deep fry a whole southern chicken in a tablespoon of oil? I suppose it's technically/technologically possible. I'd be more confident about buying and trying it if my beat-up T-Fal non-stick, oven-safe, omelet pan was more durable and high quality.

I tend to agree that it is an overpriced toy, at least for me.

I am curious to see if it really does a good job.

I agree Spork, my T-Fal pans are a long gone bad memory.

A friend of mine used one in a travel trailer and he was happy with it. Its not exactly like deep frying but still good. And in a travel trailer oven, oven frying is not an option.
