Dual Fuel Ranges
I have been cooking on all electric for a number of years now. At my mother's house, I use an all gas range when I cook there. I am definitely interested in a gas cook-top but I'm having a hard time deciding whether to go electric or gas in the oven, i.e. all gas range vs. dual fuel range. Can anyone share with me the advantages one may have over the other. I've read all kinds of things but I would like to know the opinions of people who use their ovens and have experience with both types. One thing that became immediately apparent to me is that most appliance sales people are not cooks or bakers and really can't talk about performance other than what they've memorized from the spec. sheets.
