It seems like a dreadful thing to have to own but if it does the trick it might be the best answer. I certainly do miss gas since I moved South.
Home improvement store offerings, for the most part, tend to be Chinese junk. Weber is a good brand. I only use grills that don't operate with gas. I have a Weber kettle grill for which I have a rotisserie and kettle pizza kit. As much as I use it, I might get 5-6 years out of it. If you miss gas, get a jet cooker and use a CI pan or Dutch oven to fry out doors. You can probably get enough BTUs from it to properly heat a wok.
