LOL - I would have tried it too!!!!

Oh yes...I sure would have rubbed it in.
Oh yes indeedy.
You can imagine the mess I made!

PS - how did you get the little smilies to go in after each thing you said. I tried it and it wouldn't work for me.:D :D :D

I noticed you were able to put them in but no matter what I did, I couldn't get them to go where I wanted them.

ROFL

I got them to go in by doing the same thing - just type what you do normally to make them appear. The only thing is that when you submit your reply they are the last to appear, after all the text, it looks like there's just blank spaces where you did the smilies - so you have to wait a few seconds.

Okay - here goes

Well, I am trying, but nothing happens when I do this . I know I'm doing something wrong (or not doing something right) .

If I am making a sour puss it's because I am absolutely clueless when it comes to doing this .

OK, let's try again. Make sure, at the bottom of the page where you post your message, smilies are NOT disabled. Make sure there is no "check" mark in the box. Now that that is done you have to type certain codes to get the smilies to work, are you doing that?? For example, to make the big cheesy grin :D, you have to type a colon mark followed by a capital D, with no spaces. Are you doing that?????

Okay - my smilies are not disabled nor is there a check mark in the box. The only thing is, I don't know how to use the codes so I'll have to look at them.:) Oh, I think I see now what I have to do so I'm going to try again  I'll send this to you now and see what happens

You are very patient.

Ask your Grandson if he just "likes" it or is he totally addicted to it? It seems that a lot of people who do like it just crave it like I do. But actually, I think we're just !!! LOL:rolleyes:

Well, he was only in summer courses, but he sure picked up a good taste for it. We don't even have a restaurant in this tiny town - just a little diner so there aren't any places to get it. Apparently, he had it in New Haven, Conn. when he went to Yale for a summer; next summer Princeton and last summer Georgetown; he's going to graduate h.s. in June and then on to Hofstra (he wants to be a lawyer of all things)

I think we are all very  on this Forum.

WOW - it sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders and is really  LOL.

I make it at home so I may have to pass on how easy it is to do!!!!!!

sushi

would you believe we can't even get fresh fish in this little town? It is unbelievable - especially after coming from Buffalo.

Yes, Steve is really something else - like a little old man. He has been to Congress, the Pentagon, met Colin Powell, been to the Republican National Conventiion...all before he turned 18. Me - I've never been anywhere to speak of! :p

The more I use mine, the more I see how useful it is. I counted how many times a week I use it and came to the count of about five (lunch); I am a real grilled swiss and tomato sandwich fan and they are so yummy in it. I threw on a few slices of pepperoni the other day in the sandwich and it was delicious.

yum - have you ever tried a slice of tomato on a grilled cheese? My favorite is mozzarella but I bet swiss would be good too!!!!

I also own the George Foreman grill - the family-size one, not that little one.

It cooks great T-bone and Porterhouse steaks as well as thick juicy hamburgers!
