Lightbulb gf sausage cooking

sausages come with so many different additives that it is hard to say how best to cook them, they all react differently to the george. It is trial and error but the best way to cook proper sausages is very slowly in a dry shallow pan with a lid on. Supermarket sausages are not really very good anyway but I tend to microwave them for one minute then cook them across the grooves rather than in them. If I don't microwave them I put them onto a cold george in the grooves and turn them once halfway through. remember to wipe the gf with a thin layer of oil before you start - makes cleaning easier. I have a g5 now but my old gf was handed over to my god daughter after four years and is still going strong - fantastic piece of kit.
