I've just recently bought one of those convection turbo ovens but it came with only a few recipes. So far I have only cooked some roast potatoes and vegetables which came out quite nice.

I'd like to move onto a roast but as I don't know how long to cook it for I don't want to waste a perfectly good roast by taking a punt on how long it should cook for.

Does anyone know where I can get recipes or cooking times for these appliances?

(You can see the oven I am talking about here --> mercola.com/forms/turbo_oven.htm --- although I didn't buy this particular brand.)

I am also looking for recipes as the book that came with the turbo oven is very basic. However I cooked a roast of lamb - put it on for 60 minutes, added the veges and put it on for another 30 minutes, let everything sit for about 10 minutes and then cooked everything for a further 10 minutes.

Everything was just right so I figure I will just experiment with it.

Have to say I just love this appliance.

Hi there Jenyfari, fancy meeting you here.

There are so many great cooks in this forum so I am sure someone will be able to help out with some recipes.
