It DOES save a considerable amount of time over traditional bread making.

But I like the fact that you never have to touch the dough at all until the bread is done!

I got my food processor. I mentioned on one list I do to once in a while that I was looking for one and someone gave me his old one. Its a old 10 to 15 years old Moulinex but its a very nice one. And it was free. Now maybe I sould mention that I want a bread machine. I made pasta with it and it turned out really well.
