At the church rummage sale, I saw a Breadman Plus for $10. Looks like it has never been used, and it came in its original box with the recipe book (to make pizza dough and various breads).
Our old one bit the dust a few months ago after 10 years. Now I can easily make pizza dough again. I tried it last night for the first time to make a double batch of pizza dough. I used cheap ValuTime flour, but it still made awesome dough.
I punched out 2 pizzas with the dough, and then I slathered some Gia Russa pizza sauce, pepperoni, freshly grated mozzarella, and bell peppers. The pizzas came out awesome. The old bread machine made good pizza, but this makes even better pizza.
