I got an electric roaster out of the blue

My brother and sister-in-law sent me an electric roaster. It's from QVC(go figure.) It looks to be a very nice, non-stick roaster with timer.

Guess I'll have to roast something this weekend.....

I recently bought a Delonghi convection rotisserie oven and it's makes the best roasted chicken of anything I've used for roasting chicken.
As far as convection ovens go it's not 40% faster than conventional ovens as is claimed but it works great anyway.
