I don't know what the difference is between an Inst a Pot and this The One Hour Indoor Pressure Smoker - Hammacher Schlemmer

but I am freaking loving the hot smoke functionality and the pressure cooker functionality of this toy. And the life-time warranty.

And the pastrami turned out very tasty. Can't wait to cold smoke cheese!

I really want to hear about the cold smoking. This looks pretty cool. How is it to clean?

Haven't done cold smoking yet, but love this for hot smoking and for the pressure cooker side of things. And love the life-time warranty. The biggest problem was finding some wood chips locally!
