ISO! Help! How to get my Rigimonti Tomato Strainer apart!

I give up! I love this tool--it makes skinning and seeding tomatoes soooooo easy--much easier to use than a food mill. But, I only use it at this time of the year. The box with the instructions--well--let's just say it went missing and leave it at that. I can't get the little white wheel that is inside the hopper out to clean it. Does anyone know the trick--I know there is a trick, but I'm tired and can't remember how to do that!
