ISO Meat Grinder Manual

So last year DH purchased a STX Ultraforce 1200w electric meat grinder. His grand plan was to save money and grind stuff. Then he went at looked at what it cost to buy the stuff he was going to grind and it went up into the cupboard of no return.

The other day he got it down and asked me where the manual was. I don't have it. This is his machine and he had the manual - a year ago and now he can't find it.

I've looked high and low online and can't find one to download or even look at.

Did anyone here purchase on of these machines?

It looks to me like it won't come apart completely to clean the inside. That is what I need to know how to do.

If it doesn't, it's going in the trash.

It does not have good reviews online so that's not good news, and now I fear he wasted his money.

I did find the company that stills sells it with a bigger motor and wrote to them .. but no reply yet.

TIA for any assistance !
