I bought my last KA. The only way I can find out about a replacement part is to call Canada! It is impossible to talk to anyone without answering silly questions first. I don't need the added cost or the aggravation. Whirlpool just lost another client. They managed to ruin every good product they ever put their footprint on -- and I've bought plenty of them. .

I am moving up

I have 2 hobart Kitchen Aid mixers; the ones form the 40's and 50's
I have used all kinds of mixers and had the good luck of being given every make and model over the years. I am repalcing them all for one large KA.
I am gettign rid of the smaller Hobart KA's; the oster Kitchen Center I have 2; and the Cusinart newset Deluxe; none are able to do all I need especially at Christmas time whe i do so much baking and cooking;
So I say get the biggest work bowl; highest motor possible

The Bosch "Built-In" referenced by vagriller is similar in concept to the long gone Nutone of some 50 years ago.
