LOL, Alix. No more toilet fixtures broken, although I did have to replace the gears on the KA. It still has the scar from the earlier accident!

Ya know, DH bought me a Pro 6 qt. WAY back when and the lever has a handle to it, not just a piece of metal...

5 to 600$ for a mixer? I was looking at my old mixer and dreaming of the paddles and wire whisks on the new ones... but when I really checked them out... the motors were all exactly the same - so the only differences I could tell were the accessories. So approx. 300$ for accessories... hmmm think I will pass.
