I bought a Sunpentown turbo oven yesterday at a discount place at a very good price.I don't know if the light is suppose to come on when its cooking, because this one doesn't. I don't know anything about these ovens except what I can find on the internet or youtube. But with all the videos a light comes on . I don't know if theres a problem with this oven and whether to take it back or not. It's no bargain if it doesn't work correct.. I always come to Discuss Cooking when I'm wondering about something. Thanks for any help you can give me. There was not hardly any info with the box except for a few recipes...

I found out the light doesn't come on in all the turbo ovens. I love my new oven and now just to find out more about using it. Baked biscuits tonight in it and they were so good and took a lot less time than a big oven. Doesn't heat up the house either. That will be especially nice next summer !!
