Mixer Dream Machine?

What's your 5qt mixer dream machine? A modern Hobart N50, a vintage KitchenAid 5-quart from back in their Hobart days, a modern KitchenAid or something else?

My dream mixer isn't a 5 qt. It's the 8 qt Electrolux DLX which I replaced my 5 qt mixer with.

Modern KitchenAid - plus all the attachments, especially the ice cream maker for summer!

I love the Hobart N-50 and I have one. I also have two 30's era chrome Kitchenaid Model G mixers!!!

Pound for pound, any of these old mixers I have can beat the heck out of any new mixer!

Long let them WHIP!
The luster of shiny new appliances can't compete with the virtues of Vintage: namely durability, simplicity, superior cooking and a cool retro look. http://leoladyshousecollectiblesandg....blogspot.com/
