Nevco food dehydrator

I am looking for a copy of the owners manual and any recipes for the Nevco Food Dehydrator. If anyone can help please let me know.

Thank you for your help. After posting my request, I started reading other post and found the manual. I've already dusted it off and made a great jerky last night. Turned out wonderful. Again thank you.

Katie, yes indeed it is! Alton Brown provided a great merinade. I had already marinaded my meat the day before when I realized I could not locate the manual for my dehydrator. I am working on apples and fruits today.
