I am sure you can get a book from the store you got it from or the mfg, I know I have had to do that several times and I have`nt had any problems.

convection oven use

I read replies with interest because I'm not always sure how to use my convection oven. I find that pans set near the bottom racks for cookies or muffins will cook faster, which disappoints me because I thought convection ovens are supposed to distribute heat evenly. I did get new jumbo sized baking sheets, which I wonder if using both is reeking havoc with temperature throughout oven. Just yesterday I tried baking 4 loaves of Christmas Stollen, 2 on each pan, and the bottoms ones became overbaked. Seems I would have to watch it and switch the pans before completion.......

depp, try switching half way through the baking time. I'm not an expert but I've been practising... thats what you'll have to do also. Dawn T
