The are a common pot sold here in Israel - I've seen them in a common grocery store - I have one and I bake potatoes DRY on top of the stove (I put a diffuser under) and actually right now I also through in a whole garlic and some sliced onions to see how they came out with the potatoes - I have no idea how long it takes - I started at 9am and I will test - altho I've done it for the last 5 years (its a traditional dish on the day before Passover) - they sell here for I think 40 nis which is like $10 - I also could not find out any instructions on how do use this - I saw an old-timer neighbour using it and was intriqued - but she moved away so Im guessing how to use it for the last 5 years
